Return of Trophies.
Trophies presented to Swimmers and Clubs during 2007
The Declaration that each swimmer (Individual Events), or Club Official on
behalf of the Club when signing for a (Team Trophy), will read as follows.
| I understand that the Trophy is not insured by the County Swimming
Association. I agree to meet the cost of any repairs, which may become necessary
in the case of damage whilst it is in my custody. I agree to return the Trophy
in a clean condition and engraved immediately upon request, to the County
Trophies Hon Secretary. |
All Trophies must be returned to the County Trophies Hon Secretary on or
before (26th January 2008) . Please ring before you come to make sure that someone will be in. Contact
Details can be found in The County Handbook. All Club Secretaries or County
Officials have a copy.
| At the Annual Council Meeting of the County Association on 27th November 2003
the following Championship Rule has been agreed regarding Trophies. 12. Any holder of a trophy who fails to return that trophy by the specified
date shall not be allowed to take custody of any trophies which he or she
might be awarded during the County Championships in that Calendar year.

Please ensure that all Trophies are clean and have been engraved before you
return them
