The Berks & South Bucks No-Frills will be held at Aldershot Garrison 50m pool on Saturday 7th May 2011.
The No-Frills - so called because it has no medals,
presentations or finals - concentrates on enabling swimmers to have a last crack
to gain National Qualifying Time for the National Championships in a long
course pool before the
closing date for registrations.

Swimmers may enter, provided the have achieved the qualifying times, and they do NOT already hold Long Course National Qualifying Time.
